As a Grenadian + first gen Caribbean-American, she is dedicated to elevating the marginalized global majority in the cannabis industry and beyond. A multi-hyphenate, culture curator, joy bringer, brand strategist, and experience producer – Solonje focuses on creating brave inclusive and intersectional containers for holistic wellbeing rooted in connectivity and care while amplifying melanated practitioners, creatives, and entrepreneurs. She speaks, partners, and consults on brand education + marketing, social equity, sustainability, self care, sexual health, racial injustice, gender discrimination, and community empowerment.

Much of each brand’s direction is inspired by Solonje's experience in workplace culture, strategy and design, cultural programming, executive event production spanning luxe leadership retreats to festivals, and DEI consulting. Brands like Google, Bloomberg, Afropunk, Intersectional Environmentalist, Lululemon, Databricks, Summit Series, and Soho House have benefited from her expertise.
Solonje advocates for people first and is motivated by holistic sustainability, wellbeing and equity. She has extensive background in public speaking, nonprofit fundraising + marketing, leading startups, and talent buying. She sits on the board of the Floret Coalition, Broccoli Magazine’s anti-racist cannabis collective giving monthly donations to orgs prioritizing the communities most affected by the war on drugs. Solonje is a member of the 2023 Clio Cannabis Marketing & Advertising Jury. She performs with the creative protest group Resistance Revival Chorus.
